Terms and Conditions


1.1 Free delivery applies to all orders barring timber orders and if you are located in specific areas of the country 

1.2 We don’t offer credit accounts.

1.3 Goods remain the property of Jukes Timber Solutions Ltd until payment has been received in full.

1.4 Invoice queries must be received within 7 days of invoice date.

1.5 Jukes Timber Solutions Ltd will not be held liable for errors that customers have made when measuring up for bespoke and standard size products.

1.6 We reserve the right to refuse to cancel or refund an order once it has gone into production for bespoke products due to it being specifically for one order 


2.1 Goods received must not be accepted ‘in good condition’ unless carefully inspected on arrival. Make sure that any issues with products are spoke to with the driver while they are present so that the office can be involved to help resolve any issues.

2.2 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods by the date agreed, late delivery can happen in very busy periods. We aim to try and let all customers know if we are running behind. Usually products will be agreed to be manufactured and delivered within 20 working days from the point of order. All products are made to order and this is why the timescale is so high.

2.3 We expect customers to ensure that their delivery addresses are correct when ordering products from us.. We will not be held liable if you order products to a certain address which are actually required to be delivered two hours from the address given at point of order. We are unable to cater for this as our drivers are always on tight schedules and something like this would be catastrophic and set the driver back.


3.1 Goods specially manufactured and correctly supplied cannot be returned. It needs to be ensured that all measurements sent when ordering products are definitely correct as Jukes Timber Solutions Ltd, will not be held liable for any errors that are made.

3.2 A request to return goods for whatever reason will not be considered unless received within seven days of delivery. Any damage to any items needs to be reported within 24 hours from delivery and prior to fitting. Replacement items will not be supplied if the damage is not reported as specified.

3.3 Goods will not be accepted for return unless purchased within the previous two months.

3.4 Where returns are agreed, return carriage will be at customers risk and cost, Jukes Timber Solutions Ltd, will not be held responsible for any of these costs.

3.5 We reserve the right to refuse credit for goods that have been damaged or broken due to not being handled correctly by the customer after receiving their items or in re-saleable condition, we can only have standard sized products returned to us.

3.6 No returns will be accepted without a valid returns authorisation from JUKES TIMBER SOLUTIONS LTD and
we require confirmation of the purchasers order number.

3.7 If your order is incorrect, we will aim to rectify the issue within 10 days of acknowledgement from yourself 

3.8 We will not be held accountable for any charges that you as a customer incur for a contractor to fit products that have not been checked and measured before the job is started, please ensure that you check your order before removal of your existing products that your new ones will replace 


4.1 Fitness of the goods for purpose must be established by the buyer prior to ordering.

4.2 All products can differ to the items shown in pictures due to the grain and knots in certain wood.
