Super Heavy Duty Framed, Ledged & Braced Mortice & Tenoned 

Garage Doors Curved Head

All timber is untreated and will require a wood preservative before installation 

You Will Receive a Pair of Oak Garage Doors Only (No Frame Or Ironwork)

 

 

Manufactured From:

European Oak 

95mm x 57mm Stiles

195mm-95mm x 57mm Top Rail

95mm x 30mm Mid Rail, Bottom Rail and Bracing

All joints are Mortice & Tenoned plus Glued and dowelled for strength 

21mm Tongue and groove boards with v-groove (which are glued and secret pinned with stainless pins)

Centre rebate, you choose which door you would like to open out first 

Bottom rail is set 100mm up for Hinge Clearance, if you require a visible flush bottom rail please select this option when ordering. The last three drawings on the listing show what this looks like.
On these Garage Doors, as an example, if you order a 2438mm wide pair you will receive two garage doors at 1219mm wide each
