Manufactured from European Oak, the doors consist of 95mm x 57mm stiles, 195mm-95mm x 45mm top rail, and 95mm x 30mm mid rail, bottom rail, and bracing. All joints are mortice and tenoned, glued, and dowelled for maximum strength.
The 21mm tongue and groove boards with v-groove design are glued and discreetly pinned with stainless pins. You choose which door will be the master door. The bottom rail is set 100mm up to allow for hinge clearance. The garage doors are pictured with a flush bottom rail, which can be selected as an option when ordering.
Please note that this purchase includes a pair of Oak Garage Doors only. A frame and ironwork is not included unless specifically selected when ordering. If you prefer the bottom rail being flush as per the last two drawings on the listing, be sure to choose that option.
