Framed, Ledged & Braced, Mortice & Tenoned Herringbone Boarded Flat Top Side Gate 6ft
All timber is untreated and will require a wood preservative before installation
You Will Receive a Side Gate Only (No Posts Or Ironwork)
You can choose the side that you will be hinging your gate when you order, the first five photos show a right hand hinged side gate and the final five photos show a left hand hinged side gate
Specification for the gate is as follows;
- 45mm x 95mm Stiles and Top Rail
- 38mm x 95mm Mid Rail, Bottom Rail and Bracing
- Bottom rail is flush as per the drawing, if you want it to be visible you will need to select this option when ordering, both hinged sides show a visible flush bottom rail option in the photos
- All joints are Mortice & Tenoned plus dowelled for strength
- All Rails and bracing is 9 degreed to shred water off
- 15mm Tongue and groove boards with v-groove (which are glued and secret pinned with stainless pins)
- Height Up to the Top of Rail in picture is 1800mm, with Decorative Horn which is an additional 4″(100mm)
