95mm x 30mm Mid Rail, Bottom Rail and Bracing

All joints are Mortice & Tenoned plus Glued and dowelled for strength

15mm Tongue and groove boards with v-groove (which are glued and secret pinned with stainless pins)

Centre rebate, you choose which will be your master door

Bottom rail is set 100mm up for Hinge Clearance

The final photo shows drawings of the doors with the visible flush bottom rail option

On these Garage Doors, as an example, if you order a 2438mm wide pair you will receive two doors at 1219mm wide each
